Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of ACID BEDROCK (the "Service"), operated by Nicholas Kollmann ("we", "us"), at https://app.liquidnick.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a browser-based track-building tool. It provides libraries of modules (such as wub engines, breaks, percussion kits, dub material, acid patterns, symphonic material and FX chains), lets you arrange them into a blueprint, and exports the result as a text prompt, a Python script and/or a MIDI file. We may add, change or remove modules and features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your account is for one person: you may not share your login, and signing in on a new device signs out the previous one. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
3. Payment
Access is sold at the price shown on our sales page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Access is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We may change the price for future periods with reasonable notice.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we choose to make an exception. If a payment fails, your access may be paused until it is resolved. Taxes may be added where required.
4. Your licence
While your access is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You agree not to: share, resell or sublicense your access; copy, scrape, bulk-download or republish the module libraries or other content of the Service; build a competing product from them; attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Service; or use it unlawfully.
5. Your music and exports
You may use the exports you generate (prompts, scripts and MIDI files) in your own music and projects, including commercially. The module libraries, descriptions, code and design of the Service remain ours (or our licensors') and are not transferred to you. We do not claim ownership of the tracks you make.
6. Third-party tools and names
Exports are designed to be used with other tools, such as AI music services and digital audio workstations. We are not affiliated with those tools or their owners, and we do not control how they behave. Names of genres, styles, artists, composers or products appear only to describe musical influences or compatibility; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for following the rules of any third-party service you use.
7. No guarantees
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that exports will work in every tool, or that any result will sound a particular way or be suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own backups of work you care about.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the Service, or if a payment is reversed or disputed. We may also discontinue the Service; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new terms. For material changes we will try to notify account holders by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
