Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information ACID BEDROCK ("the Service", run by Nicholas Kollmann) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your password. We cannot read your password.
- Payment status: whether your access is active, when the current period ends, and Stripe customer and subscription reference numbers. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never stored by us.
- Security data: your IP address is briefly recorded to limit repeated login, sign-up and password-reset attempts. These records are cleared automatically after about a day.
- Login session: a cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential to the Service and is not used for advertising or tracking.
- Server logs: our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and pages requested) for security and operation.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- to create and secure your account and let you sign in;
- to take payment, confirm your access and manage your subscription;
- to send account emails, such as password resets and important service or billing notices;
- to prevent abuse, fraud and account sharing, and to keep the Service running;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and holds the payment information you give at checkout (see Stripe's privacy policy).
- Our hosting provider stores the site and its database.
- Authorities or advisers where the law requires or to protect our rights.
We do not share your information with others for their marketing.
Your tracks and blueprints
The track builder works in your browser. Anything you build or save with the browser's save and load tools stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account exists. After you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal details, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (for example payment records held by Stripe).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing support@liquidnick.com. You can change your password and manage your subscription from your account page. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and you may be able to complain to your local privacy authority.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and payment details never touch our server. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. For significant changes we will try to notify account holders by email.
